please can someone answer this 5 questions,,i madly needed..?
##1.)If an application for naturalization enroled one(1) of his children at an aglo-chinese school, an exclusive school for chinese in the Philippines, is he qualified to be naturalized?why?
##2.) Mr.X was born in the US of filipino parents and therefor posseses dual citizenship. Section 5 of article 4 of the constitution provides that dual allegiance of citizen to the national interest and shall be dealth with by law while local government code specifically disqualifies on the with dual citizenship from running from any local elective office. Mr. x ran 4 vice mayor of the city of manila. Is he qualified to run under the law?
##3.) Mr. X, an alien arrived in the Philippines on January 18, 1985. He filed a petition for naturalization on june 25,1995. He went to china twice during his stay in the Philippines, he got married in China on march 17, 1989. And fathered two children in 1990 and 1992. Is he qualified to file a naturalization?
5? I see three.
1) Yes. Its a private matter
2) If he has denounced (officially) US citizenship, then yes.
3) Yes, but won’t extend to his family without new paperwork.
