Bless The Child (2000)

Company will not let me come back after having a child?

I have been working for a company since 2000 but contingent so after each child they had to let me go and they would bring me back, well after having my 3rd child they told me thy wouldn’t allow me to come back since have left 3 times due to my pregnancies. I find this very rude and offensive, am I not allowed getting preg. I work up till giving birth then of course can’t come back till I have my check up. In any event my boss said I was one of his best workers and would love to have my back but the company will not allow it since I have had to leave 3 times. I would like some opinions’ on what your thoughts are on this and what I should do. Thanks and God Bless
i was full time but went down to contingent due to problem so i would work less hrs and be okay….but when i tryed to come back they said no so not sure what to do I am in Michigan by the way

I think they stink; but you knew the state of play, and many places work in much the same manor.

I’d go past it and job hunt.
