Blue Denim (1959)

Is there any similarity between Juno (2007) and the movie Blue Denim (1959)?
“Blue Denim” is far better and more believable, but it does reflect the times. Don’t expect to be reminded of that film much beyond a boy and girl dealing with her pregnancy.
I am not a fan of that film, especially of Ellen Page. I DO like “Blue Denim”. To find a match for “Juno”, you probably would have more luck with TV movies, such as those on Lifetime. However, I don’t think any of those make light of the situation as this new film seems to.
