How did Catwoman in the 2004 movie become at cat. I keep missing thfirst part of the movie please help. ASAP?

IN THIS VERSION THAT YOU MENTIONED…her boss saw her looking at some [questionable] documents and pushed her out the window…it never let you know if she was actually dead or not…but all the cats from the neighboorhood came and started to take turns sort of breathing into her face and rubbing on her and stuff…well she awoke with a different attitude…she went from the reserved introvert to the outgoing life of the party…its all about taking chances and not taking any crap from anybody…hence—
catwoman…
so it led me to believe that each of those cats maybe gave her one of their lives or a portion of it anyway…
