how much to get a class felony expunged ( Texas)?

in 1983 i got a class c felony for possession of marijuana. no trouble since. got off of probation early. does anyone know if there is a possibility of getting it expunged, set aside, lowered to class a misdeameanor, or pardoned? and if so about how much would this cost?
