Thought it may have been written by Grace Livingston Hill or Emily Loring but unable to find. When the young girl wakes from her coma, she is healthy and no longer overweight; she befriends her husband who she thinks married her only for her money – not for love. She then falls in love with him. Read this in 1978-79, but believe it was written much earlier.
