can someone help me i have an old tv show stuck in my head and i dont know the name.?

what i remember of the show is it was on around the year 2000 or 2001 and it had a big tent and a wand. there was also a house with a toy box where all the toys inside tried to escape. there were also a pair of hands they were not attached to arms but the hands danced. i know it sounds like some crazy dream but i know that i saw it. if it helps i lived around edmonton when i first saw it.
