Dawn Of The Dead (2004)

What is your favorite movie prequel and remake?

my favorite prequel is Indiana Jones and the temple of Doom (a lot of people think its a direct sequel to Raiders of the lost Ark, but it is in fact a prequel)
my favorite “remake” is Dawn of the Dead (2004). much better than the original, it kept me interested from start to finish.

Red Dragon (prequel)
The Hills Have Eyes (remake)

Are you ready to get down with the sickness? Movie logic dictates that you shouldn't remake a classic, but Zack Snyder's Dawn of the Dead defies that logic and comes up a winner. You could argue that George A. Romero's 1978 original was sacred ground for horror buffs, but it was a low-budget classic, and Snyder's action-packed upgrade benefits from the same manic pacing that energized Romero's con...
