Fallen Angels (1998)

Name of mid 90’s Independent Film Channel movie with little girl and creepy angel?

This movie had two young girls living out in a woodsy area with their father and the oldest daughter saw angels often and the virgin mary. i distinctly remember her lying in bed and waking up, seeing this male angel perched on a dresserlike object and watching her. she’d close her eyes to make him go away… he becomes all injured later in the movie when he falls through a floor or something and she finds him. the girl also sees the virgin mary time to time too. i remember her and her little sister playing out in a river often and in the end the little sister gets sucked into the river and probably drowns. it was an odd movie that was probably rated PG 13 or R because of some nudity. it was on IFC around 1999.. 1998 or so.
