my car wont start in cold weather can anyone tell me why?
Hello i have a 1997 Dodge Intrepid 3.3l v6 engine, im freaking out because i live here in alaska and last winter my car would not start in temperatures below 20 degrees and i replaced the battery with a expensive one built for cold weather, and installed an engine block heater in it but it still would not start, it would turn over but not fire up and it drained my battery from 100% down to 0% but at times it would fire up if i kept trying over and over again but at other times it would not start, and after driving it for a half hour i turn it off and leave it for like 10 min it would not star all over again, can anyone help me figure this out?

Check the following;
1. ignition coil might be failing
2. spark plugs
3. failing wires
4. fuel accumulator. your fuel line might be loosing pressure
Have this check by a good mechanic. Hope this helps!
