Excel in Windows Vista?

I have done a one page spreadsheet on Windows Vista Excel yet I have 1999 lines down below it and and heaven knows how many columns to the right as well.

How do I get just the page I have created to show and lose the thousands of other columns and lines. I cannot forward this spreadsheet on as it is. I cannot find anything in their Help section.

Any help would be appreciated. Many thanks Gloria

Gloria,

What you need to do is “hide” your columns and rows.

To do this select the very last column(on Excel 2003, it is Column IV), by clicking on its letters at the top. then hold in shift and scroll back over to the beginning, and select the entire first colum that you would like to hide. Then, RIGHT-click at the top, where the column letters are, and select hide.

Do this same process with the rows. Select the entire last row,(on Excel 2003 it is 65536), then select the entire first row that you want to hide, and right-click and hit hide.

I hope this helps,

As with Star Wars, the George Lucas-produced Indiana Jones trilogy was not just a plaything for kids but an act of nostalgic affection toward a lost phenomenon: the cliffhanging movie serials of the past. Episodic in structure and with fate hanging in the balance about every 10 minutes, the Jones features tapped into Lucas's extremely profitable Star Wars formula of modernizing the look and feel o...

When the theatrical release of James Cameron's Titanic was delayed from July to December of 1997, media pundits speculated that Cameron's $200 million disaster epic would cause the director's downfall, signal the end of the blockbuster era, and sink Paramount Studios as quickly as the ill-fated luxury liner had sunk on that fateful night of April 14, 1912. Some studio executives were confident, ot...
