Heavy Metal (1981)

Has anyone seen “Heavy Metal,” the 1981 film based on the poular adult illustrated fantasy magazine…
of the same name, and if so, did you like it?
I personally found the sequal a little easier to understand, whereas the first one just jmped around. Although I guess it’s much in the tradition of the magazine to leave the stories at a semi-open ending, leaving you with just enough info to somewhat understand what might have happened in the events after the climax.
*jumped around, not jmped around. My bad.
Yes, I saw it and have the tape. There also was a sequel which wasn’t as good.
