Starlight gives ’em what they want
Blankets and hot chocolate go best with feel-good showstoppers. That’s what season-ticket-holders told the Starlight Musical Theatre in last year’s survey. The subscribers want happy open-air theater. Hold the disturbing potty humor. Which probably means the Balboa Park-based company shouldn’t revive an unfortunately named, critical success like 2006’s “Urinetown.”
