how much will it cost to build a 2000 sq foot home in new rochelle?

I want to build a home in New Rochelle NY. I have found a buildable plot of land and was wondering approxiamately what it might cost to build an average 2000 sq foot home. Any help would be appreciated!

Probably around $100 sq. ft. for a good quality home.
