he is a very strict master or chief on a British navy ship to treat
cruel torture to crew and two young kids ( deck cadets ) during
their first voyage. film in about 1955-1965.
The actor’s face look close to Heath Ledger ( British Captain in movie The Patriot ) and James Dean.( Movie in The Giant ).
