A Movie Called Hope and Glory?
Hope and Glory came out around 1987 and was about an English boy who took a break from the war and decided to experience life on the river.
It’s a nice little movie. Later in the movie the family moves to the mother’s parent’s home on the river. But, what was the river?
I think it was kind an important element of the movie as about half of it took place on that river. Peaceful, tranquil while a war was raging.
The longest river in England (But not theBritish Isles) The Thames.
