Do you miss squash matches?

I do. I love it when a jobber gets totally destroyed, especially by a heel. Unfortunately, fans today have little tolerance for them it seems, and complain they are ‘boring’. Squash matches were the norm all the way up to the Monday Night War era that really started in 1996, with the occasional star vs star match.

Squash matches were awesome.There were a lot of jobbers who made the superstars look good back in the day.Playboy Buddy Rose and Iron Mike Sharpe are two that come to mind.The last time they squash matches (I think) was back on Sunday Night Heat.

Raw needs more squash matches.That way,the superstar vs superstar match has that much more appeal.It can’t be superstar vs superstar all the time.
