Island Of Fire (1990)

Where can I download “Island of Fire” Taiwanese Version for Free?

It’s a 1990 Taiwanese Film, Starring Jackie Chan. Three Versions of the film were released.
I’ve seen the Hong Kong Cut, and the US Version, but Taiwanese Version is actually longer, and talks more about the characters. It’s half an hour longer. Please help me find a place where I can perhaps watch it.
