Jason And The Argonauts (1963)

Name of old monster movie?

I think was based on Jason and the Argonauts but it wasn’t the 1963 version. I remember a scene where these people are on a boat and they find a tiny black island so they get on the island and stab a spear thing into it and it turns out to be this massive black monster thing similar to the Cracken from Clash of the Titans.
