Legionnaires sci-fi movie (1998) what happened to it??

does anyone know what happened to a british sci-fi movie called ‘Legionnaires’ that starred Jason Connery and Walter Koenig? I have posters and other memorabilia from it, have looked all over the net and can find nothing about it !!!

was it shelved? if so do you know why?
