Late 1970’s Early 1980’s Movie about an Orphanage?
It was about a small group of orphans and the guy that ran the orphanage was completely attached to them. Whenever anyone would come to see the children to possibly adopt. the kids would dress up as witches and act all weird. There was a blond little girl who was always cutting her cabbage patch dolls in half because she was doing surgery. She got adopted and the rest of the kids set off to find her and rescue her. Whenever they got lost they would sing “oh my darling Clementine”. Any help would be great. it has been driving me crazy not knowing the name of this movie!!!
