What is the new driving age?
People keep saying that every state is bumping up the driving age one year starting for people born in 1995. Is this true?
If so what will the driver’s ages be in New York and New Jersey and Florida?
The learner’s permit age?
If no, what are the current ages for license and permit in those 3 states?
Florida- 15 years old for permit & 16 to get license
New Jersey- 16 years old for permit & 17 for license
New York- 16 for permit & 16 for license (need to complete certain about of months and hours) Although, that only applies for New York State but not the city!
