is it possible to work for hud in spfld,ma as a contractor with a criminal record, perjury and false statement?

i was recently found guilty on 2 of 9 charges, perjury and lieing to an agent,i am a small building and remodeling contractor in spfld,ma.i have worked for a hud funded company since 1997 my case had nothing to do with this company, but i have lost my complete business by a letter sent to them from a assistant u.s.attorney filled with assumptions and no real facts which resulted in hud sending me a letter stating disbarment,is this discrimination???

I dont think having a criminal record ever completely keeps you from getting government contracts, or a job.

Oh, and you can file a counter suit through the massachusetts attourney general, since their main job is catching corrupt businesses.
