okay well the other day on facebook i got this message from a guy in the next town over that i had just accepted as a friend. i don’t know him but he had a few friends in common with me. i checked his profile and it has all these girls telling him how hott and stuff he is. i’m a sophomore and he’s either a senior or freshman in college (cause he was born in dec 1990). the message said “hey i’m [his name]… not gonna lie ur pretty cute
”. i wrote back “haha thanks that’s what i hear.” then he wrote back “lol so u single?” and i said i was “technically single”. then he said we should chill sometime. i thought tis was weird so i just wrote back “lol sounds cool.” now in response he said “so you think i’m hot?” i didn’t write back yet. he’s good looking but i am not “interested” in him.
does this guy sound like a creeper that wants to get in my pants? seriously i need to know before i write back. and why does he seem creepy?

He seems creepy because he’s coming on so strong w/out seeming particularly worried about you two finding out anything about each other besides the fact that you find each other “hot”. He’s certainly not Mr. Smooth. (but at least he is Mr. Direct)
If you want to put him in his place, tell him the full truth — he’s somewhat cute but you’re just not interested that way. You’ll probably have to explain that one to him, though.
