The H-Man (1958)

2012 Sun Spot Maximum Means?

We know for sure, scientifically speaking, that many geophysical conditions will come into play. What we don’t know is what that will produce. We know as an example that the Sun which gives life (and death) to our planet has an eleven year cycle with some five and half years of sun spot minimums followed by five and half year of maximums. We know that on July 31, 2006 that the first sun spot (with an opposite polarity) appeared. So, what does that mean?

We are now moving into the sun spot maximum which most scientists believe will ben30-50% greater than the last. Why do they think that? The sun spot minimum was 40% greater than normal.

The last time that we saw such a great coronal mass ejection(s) from the sun was in 1958 when enormous outbursts of electromagnetic energy sent the Aurora Borealis as far south as Mexico. And this means what? How great it could be if we knew exactly what that might mean but it’s all dependent not so much on the “maximum season” but any ONE CME (coronal mass ejection) with an “X-force” that’s shot in our direction becuase when that happens, bad stuff happens here on earth.

One such a result are weather changes, La Nina-El Nino jet stream alterations, and super hurricanes like Katrina.

Now, while the northern lights would be pretty what could we easily discern might happen IF we have a 50% increase? We could see not just a Katrina but a serious of super hurricanes, power supply interruptions, satellites destroyed along with their communication potentials, and weather alone could affect whole economies causing some to collapse entirely. We did not have a GPS system in 1958 but we relied upon compasses. We used land lines and not cell phones. Oh yes, and computers were yet to be invented.

My ability to send you messages such as this might not exists for a few months. Can you imagine such?  :-(

A major influx in magnetic radiation would wreck havoc on our technological society that we live in today and one can imagine all sorts of scenarios where some governments would be able to take advantage of certain situations that are now impossible. Can you say nuclear warhead devices would be at risk, national warning systems, airline travel, and a host of new technologies that did not exist in 1958 Thus we really don’t know what another 1958 style sun spot maximum might mean.

But this we do know. It would NOT BE GOOD!.
