The Hot Spot (1990)
EARLY/MID 90’s RAP VIDEO: What’s the name of the group/song that featured the group running on treadmills.
First off: the group is not called “OK GO” so don’t guess “OK GO”. It was a 1990’s black rap group. From around the same time as “Whoot There It Is!” By a group called “95 SOUTH”… It was catchy like “Dazey Dukes” by Duice. I recall spotting it on a long forgotten Newark NJ area Pay Per View music video channel. The most creative part fo the video was when they group was featured running on treadmills. They ran forward, sideways, backwards… it was cool because they managed to do it all to the beat for the most part. I am almost certain it had a slew of “hot sistahs” shaking their “everythang” from slow and deep to fast and nasty. That was when that type of video was what scored it the hot rankings on the charts and each group had to out cameltoe the next.
Keep in mind that the “kids” of OK GO were only teens when this video was titilating the world of RAP VIDEO.
Thanks for reading my question.
Best Regards and Happy New Year!
lol…i have NO idea…

$8.65 There's a long tradition of artists banding together for a noble cause, but--needless to say--good intentions are no guarantee of good art. Fortunately, the twain do meet and the project even succeeds with creative flair in this compilation. It kicked off the Red Hot AIDS Benefit series back in 1990 and in fact launched its own sort of minigenre, including theme albums devoted to George Gershwin a... |

Hot Spot [VHS]
$6.18 The Hot Spot is best known to lecherous film buffs for Jennifer Connelly's topless scene, but this sultry southern noir deserves more than prurient interest. It's arguably Dennis Hopper's best directorial effort (OK, so that's not saying much), and Charles Williams's source novel Hell Hath No Fury finds Hopper in a comfortable B-movie milieu, riffing on Double Indemnity with an overripe tale of se... |
