The Hunger (1983)
Should the death penalty be back in the UK?
Ian Brady raped and killed 5 children in the 60’s. He is serving a life sentence without parole in a mental institution, and is on hunger strike since 1998. His lawyers said he could die this February ( I hope) if he does not feed himself.
Dennis Nilsen killed and dismembered 15 youths between 1978 and 1983. He is serving a life sentence in a maximum security penitentiary.
Why are they alive? do you want them alive?
Oh, and both Brady and Nilsen are Britons (but Scots to be exact)… curious eh…
WAY to serious for P&S ∙
anyway – I think the death penalty should be an option – but i also think it should never be used if there is ANY doubt (not just the reasonable doubt thing)
if even 1 innocent is executed, then the penalty is unacceptable
