The Messenger: The Story Of Joan Of Arc (1999)

Which Hollywood movies based on historic events do you consider the most accurate with less artistic licenses?

I think the movie The Messenger : The Story of Joan of Arc (1999) with Milla Jovovich was pretty accurate with just a few artistic licenses.

I also think both The Prince of Egypt (1998) and The Ten Commandments (1956) were pretty accurate. Both of them had their share or artistic licenses, but were generally accurate.

Which movies do you think were the closest to History?

prince of egypt …as far as a ww2 movie Tora Tora Tora is the best.
